ABSENT / ILL PLAYERS
With winter fast closing in and the bad weather coming with it , can i as Welfare officer make a request on behalf of all our managers.
If your child is going to miss a training session or more importantly a match through illness or any other reason can you please let your childs manager know at the earliest oppurtunity.
Managers have session plans for training and these plans are designed around the numbers of players in the squad , if a player is going to be absent the earlier the manager is informed of this means he can change his plan to suit numbers.
Matchdays are even more important as i am sure you are aware , again managers have game plans and in extreme cases  may have to play without a full squad, all managers can prepare for these eventualities but only if they know in advance.
Thanks for your future co-operation with this issue and heres hoping to a healthy winter for all our players and parents.
Thank you all
Jason - club welfare officer

WINTER WELFARE MESSAGE FROM JASON
ALL PARENTS / CARERS PLEASE READ
As you are all aware winter and the cold weather is just around the corner , as a consequence of this the time will soon be here for the lads and lasses to come prepared for training sessions and games , can you please ensure that all kids come to training or games in warm clothing ie make sure they dont just turn up in shirts , parents and carers must make sure they are wearing tracksuits, hoodies,Raincoats etc.
Any child turning up for training in just shirt sleeves once the weather turns will not be allowed to take part , this is purely for the childs well being.
Please remember if they overdress and get warm they can remove layers , if they under dress and get cold they will freeze as they wont have layers to put on.
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS MESSAGE AS ANYTHING OTHER THAN SERIOUS.
As welfare officer i will ensure myself and all managers enforce this ruling throughout the winter months.
Thank you all ...... JASON
